Stan & Kim Loewer
Founders of Southern Magic Softwash
Stan and Kim Loewer are the husband-and-wife team behind Southern Magic Softwash, a company built on faith, hard work, and a heart for service. Married for over 25 years, they bring a powerful combination of experience, leadership, and personal commitment to every job. Together, they proudly serve both residential and commercial clients with high-quality exterior cleaning and genuine care for the people they serve.
Stan Loewer
Co-Owner & Project Manager
Entrepreneur | Former LSU Pitcher | Ministry Partner
Stan is no stranger to leadership and commitment. A graduate of LSU (1987) and former four-year letterman for the LSU Baseball team (1984–1987), he played a key role in the Tigers’ first two College World Series appearances and the 1986 SEC Championship. He still holds multiple LSU pitching records that rank among the all-time best.
In 1990, Stan founded Precision Cutting Services on his family farm in Eunice, building it into a respected operation that was later sold to Crest Industries in 2014. He went on to establish 4 P Cutting, a steel manufacturing business he still co-owns with Kim.
In 2024, Stan co-founded Southern Magic Softwash, overseeing project management, quoting, and customer coordination. His leadership is grounded in faith, discipline, and a genuine desire to help others.
He also brings experience in modernizing church IT and finance departments, and continues to serve as an active ministry partner in his community.
Kim Loewer
Co-Owner & Business Development Lead
Relationship Builder | Community Advocate | Operations Leader
Kim is the voice and energy behind Southern Magic’s growth and outreach. A proud graduate of Nicholls State University, she brings professionalism, heart, and connection to every aspect of the business. As Co-Owner and Business Development Lead, Kim handles cold calls, networking, community relationships, and client partnerships—driving both residential and commercial growth.
Before Southern Magic, Kim managed office administration and customer service at 4 P Cutting, a role where she developed the operational structure that supports both of their businesses today.
She has a passion for beautifying homes and businesses, and a heart for building long-term relationships with customers and the community.
